Terms and conditions of using the HISQIS System for students at the Technische Universität Dresden:

• The HISQIS system for students at the TU Dresden is initially launched as a pilot project and is operated with reservations.
  
  
• Using the system is optional and at your own risk. The Technische Universität Dresden is not responsible for any possible damage or consequences arising from the direct or indirect use of the contents of this web site.
  
  The personal data processed in this system are solely used for organisational examination affairs and providing information thereof. The data will not be used for other than the mentioned purposes and will not be passed on to third parties.



• Using the offered functions and the automatic issuing of personal data are not legally binding. This particularly applies to the registration for and the withdrawal from examinations. The latter are only binding after you have submitted the current printed, signed and dated forms to your examination office unless your Faculty or your examination office explicitly provide their own rules. In any case, you are always obliged to check if your examination entries and withdrawals are properly recorded. Please contact the staff of your examination office immediately if you suspect errors in your account details.
  The automatically retrievable surveys serve to provide information, there is no explicit claim to permanently up-dated grade calculation.



• For protecting your data, the appropriate technical and organisational measures have been taken in accordance with the state of the art. For example, we use encrypted data transfer. We would like to inform you that despite the measures taken, it cannot be completely precluded that the data may be viewed and even falsified by unauthorised persons. Of course, as a user of the system you are also responsible for reading and abiding by the information on data protection. Please make sure - in your own interest - your password and login cannot be used by unauthorised persons and your data may not be accessed without your permit. Please find technical and organisational hints in the online help desk.
